This excellent hotel was run by the excellent and welcoming staff. The breakfast was wonderful with eggs from their hens and all the food was lovely. The location of the property was countryside, close enough to the coast, Lymington, Brokenhurst, Bournemouth and a sunny conservatory overlooking the paddock. Moreover, it was 2 km from The Sway Tower.

Warm welcome with tea and homemade cake upon arrival. Rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options to choose from. The owners were very knowledgeable and helpful, providing great information about the area and places to visit.
Limited dining options nearby, requiring a drive if you want to go out for dinner. The local pub was a disappointment, but this was not the fault of the hotel.
